Wheels America has been remanufacturing OEM Polestar wheels since 1994. We carry factory original replacement wheels for 4 Polestar models, with hundreds of part numbers and finish variations across our six US warehouses. Every Polestar wheel listed here is a genuine OEM take-off, professionally inspected, straightened if needed, and refinished to factory original quality. Polestar started as Volvo's performance sub-brand and split off in 2017 to become a standalone EV manufacturer under Geely Group ownership. The Polestar 1 (a hybrid GT, 2019-2021) and the all-electric Polestar 2, 3, and 4 share platform engineering with Volvo, but the wheels are catalogued separately and the cosmetic designs are distinctly Polestar — matte finishes, aggressive multi-spoke profiles, and unique designs not shared with the Volvo parent. The Polestar Engineered variants (and the Polestar 1 itself, which was effectively a halo car) use forged designs with very specific offsets paired to the carbon-ceramic or six-piston brake hardware. Every Polestar wheel we sell is a genuine OEM take-off, refinished to factory specification.
The Polestar 2 uses 5x108mm bolt pattern in 19 to 20 inch sizes — the Volvo-shared Compact Modular Architecture pattern. The Polestar 1 used 5x108mm in 21 inch with unique forged designs paired to the carbon-ceramic brake hardware. The Polestar 3 (a larger SUV on the Volvo XC90 platform replacement) uses 5x108mm in 21 to 22 inch sizes. The Polestar 4 (a coupe-style SUV) uses 5x108mm. Polestar Engineered variants — particularly the Polestar 2 Performance Pack — have unique multi-spoke forged designs with very specific offsets that don't interchange with the standard Polestar 2 wheels. Common finishes include painted silver, machined-face, gloss black, and the Performance-specific matte black with gold-accented brake calipers visible through the spokes.
Our Polestar take-off inventory is small but growing as more cars come into service. Each wheel is sourced from a licensed dismantler, structurally inspected, straightened on professional rim-straightening equipment if needed, and refinished to factory original quality.
