Every Volvo wheel listed here is a genuine OEM take-off, professionally inspected, straightened if needed, and refinished to factory original quality. Volvo's engineering reputation is built on safety standards and structural integrity, and that extends to the wheels — the company specs higher impact resistance and tighter bead-seat tolerance than most equivalent-class manufacturers, particularly on the modern XC60 and XC90 platforms. R-Design and Polestar Engineered variants raise that further, often with unique forged designs paired to the larger brake packages. Replicas of Volvo wheels are uncommon (the brand isn't a target like BMW or Mercedes), but when they do appear they typically substitute heavier cast aluminum and miss the offset Volvo specced for the chassis safety geometry. Every Volvo wheel we sell is a genuine OEM take-off, refinished to factory specification.
Most modern Volvo cars and SUVs (S60, S90, V60, V90, XC40, XC60, XC90, C40 Recharge) use 5x108mm bolt pattern in 17 through 22 inch diameters. The first-generation XC90 (2003-2014) used 5x108mm as well. Older Volvos — the 850, S70, V70, S60 (first gen) — used 5x108mm. The XC40 and C40 Recharge use 5x108mm with their own EV-optimized aero designs. R-Design trims have unique multi-spoke painted or two-tone designs distinct from Momentum and Inscription. Polestar Engineered variants of the XC60 and S60 have unique forged designs with very specific offsets paired to the upgraded brake hardware. Common finishes include painted silver, machined-face with painted pockets, polished, gloss black, and the R-Design-specific dark graphite.
