Lexus shares platforms with Toyota across most of the lineup, but the wheels are catalogued and priced separately — Lexus wheels are typically multi-stage painted, machined, or polished to a much higher cosmetic standard than the equivalent Toyota wheel, and the alloy is often slightly lighter for the unsprung-mass advantage Lexus specs in their tuning. F-Sport variants raise that bar further with unique forged or split-spoke designs. Replicas of Lexus designs frequently substitute heavier cast aluminum and miss the tight bead-seat tolerance Lexus engineers spec for tire fitment. Most modern Lexus cars (IS, ES, GS, RC) use 5x114.3mm in 17 through 19 inch sizes. The LS uses 5x120mm in 18 to 20 inch. The RX, NX, and UX crossovers follow the 5x114.3mm family. The GX and LX full-size SUVs use 5x150mm — the same heavy pattern Toyota uses on the Land Cruiser, but with Lexus-specific designs. The LFA supercar had unique 5x114.3mm forged wheels with very specific offsets. F-Sport variants across all lines have their own painted or two-tone designs that don't interchange with the base or Luxury trim. Common finishes include high-luster painted, machined with painted pockets, polished, and the F-Sport-specific dark graphite.
